Class Descriptions

Bikram

26 postures, 2 breathing exercises done in the tradition of Bikram Choudhury, temperature will exceed 100 degrees F. with high humidity. All levels welcome! Come to class hydrated and prepared to sweat for 90 minutes.

Bikram Silent

26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. Class will be led by instructor demonstrating series. Done to music in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Limited instruction! Not for first time students.

Hard Core

This fun, fast paced Hot Vinyasa/Flow practice incorporates challenging core work in both standing and floor series. Great workout. All levels welcome. Beginners please be prepared to pace yourself in this challenging format.

Hot Combo

Traditional Bikram standing series with 2 sets of each posture for 50-55 minutes. Followed by 15-20 minutes of alternating floor poses that may include hip openers, core strengtheners. backbends and/or upper body conditioning. 70 minutes all levels.

Hot Vinyasa

Fun and invigorating class that begins with a flowing series of sun salutations, upper body and core strengthening with additional deep hip opening exercises. This format can be modified for any level of fitness. Killer cardio and weight bearing. 80 minutes. Practiced in a Hot Room.

Power Hour

The perfect class to fit into your busy day. 45 minutes of standing flow series followed by 15 minutes of floor postures including hip openers and abdominal work. Cardio and weight bearing. Great 60 minute workout practiced in a Hot Room-all levels welcome.

Slow Flow

Slower paced vinyasa style class that will include a variation of sun salutations and standing balancing poses for the first 55-60 minutes followed by alternating floor postures that may include backbends, hip openers , arm balancing and core work. This is a GREAT workout that combines strength and deep stretching. Practiced in a hot room with music 80-90 minutes . All levels

Warm Yoga

Traditional Hatha yoga postures including standing and floor work. Practiced in a Warm Room. All levels welcome. Perfect Class for students that may need modifications due to injury, physical limitations or sensitivity to high heat levels. Detailed Instruction. 60 minutes.

Warm Restorative Glow

The Perfect Class to wind down your work week and your blood pressure! Practiced in a Warm Room with soothing music and candlelight. This gentle class starts with pranayama breathing and standing asanas that flow into restorative floor postures including deep hip openers. Ends with a guided meditation. All levels welcome. 60 minutes.
